Room was good size, room clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom had bath shower combo, dryer. Drawers in closet area for clothes, which was a nice addition, coffee and tea available.
Restaurant in hotel was good, had buffet breakfast, with great selections and dinner services had good selections on menu

Parking was a disaster. Parking area was used by people not guests at the hotel.
Front desk didn’t seem to be too worried about it. Had breakfast two out of three mornings - only one waiter working the second morning so he had to be on the cash. Felt bad for the poor guy.

Our stay was great but unfortunately I know I left my runners in the closet, but when. Called to check housekeeping staff never seen them but I know I left them in closet area

It has been a while since we stayed here and our experience was much better than our last visit. Check in and check out were both exceptionally smooth. Front desk staff were quite friendly. There was a small issue with our room upon arrival and was addressed by staff.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Overall, a good stay.

Our stay was great. However, I don’t agree having to pay for parking as we pay a large price for our room. But I will add we had a wonderful stay.

Charged extra for parking. The pool wasn't available. The hair useless with a short 12-18" cord. The air conditioning is very noisy.

Air conditioning did not work the entire stay . Maintenance came to try and fix it and it still didn't work. They did deliver a fan but still wasnt great .

It is located very close to historic down town. You can walk easily from the hotel. Also, there are different buses that you can use to move around the city.

My one thought is that I wasn’t aware of the $15/day parking. Don’t think you should have to pay if staying at the hotel.
