The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Its a centralized location with easy access to shops and restaurants. If you book any activities from Cusco, theyll pick you up right at the hotel! The room was very spacious and comfortable, plus fast wifi! Recommend!

Very cute hotel with an excellent breakfast and rest area, cute garden and very friendly and helpful staff. Not that far from the center, many shops and markets around. The only négative point is there is no heat in the room.

The staff is very nice and friendly. However, there was an issue with the hot water in our room. The hot water only ran for a few minutes and we had to take a shower using the super cold water. There was no AC as well and the room was quite cold. There was no the hand tower and floor tower offered in the room for the first night we stayed.
