A great rate for a quiet night of sleep. Hotel is right across from hospital. Rooms are old but clean and the bed was comfortable and the air condition worked great.

Room on second floor above us made noise until 3 in the morning. Internet was poor. Advertised complete breakfast; this was substandard. Awful experience; never recommend this place to anyone.

Like an old work shirt the hotel is a bit worn around the edges. However, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked. We were there for a procedure at Sanford. It is the perfect location for that. I would stay again

Property was very clean, and the staff was professional. The elevator made me worry a bit, but it worked. Overall a good night's stay.

TV Remote was non-functional.... It would've made a difference if we had not worked games all day. We gave up trying and turned it off. I watched my Kindle for a while.

I arrived extremely early and they graciously offered me another room so I could check in early. I had a great day and was well relaxed. The hotel is a bit older but very clean and great value for your money.

Not a bad place for a good price clean, comfortable. Only stayed one night,passing through on a long-distance motorcycle trip. No complaints .

The breakfast was only yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, OJ and coffee. This was the only downside of our whole stay, so not much of a breakfast. Otherwise our stay was great.
