Few things that do this hotel the lowest of all the One & Only Hotels in Dubai:
- kids are not allowed to enter the infinity pool area, nowhere on this site does it say that..
-they have a kids area pool - with 3 interconnected pools, out of the 3, kids are allowed in only 1 of them, even if the are only 80-90 deep.
- to get to the kids pool area you have 2 switch 3 elevators in 2 building blocks and with the air conditioning - it's a nightmare when you are with children.
- staff is just normal, always trying to help but never in fact doing anything.
- the people from the breakfast area, the staff, they are rude an tired at 9.00 AM. The most i waited for a coffee - was around 40 min, with an average of 20. Incredible i would say...
The hotel is new, beautiful, etc... however, the people and the awkwardness of the property was making our stay difficult and bad.
I wouldn't go back and i would advise any1 with children to skip this one.

The hotel, the rooms and the atmosphere is amazing and luxurious, but the service is disappointing. I excepted the service more attentive, they were very slow and did not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel.

Highly recommended hotel, everything excellent in all aspects, I tried two of their 11 restaurants and it was outstanding. Only issue that there are no shops things to do in a walking distance.

It’s excellent designed hotel and property’s. The staffs and management seemed overstaffed, undertrained, very slow services in all type of services ( checking in and anything with front desk, guest service, housekeeping, valet parking, elevators, ..etc) even though they were polite, friendly, smiling and trying to help. It’s overpriced to the current services level. Restaurants, pool, gym, and lounges were good.
It is the first month for this hotel and hope to see changes and improvements in the future.
