electrical outlets in bedroom weren't good... as in, many didn't work properly... poor connection

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and seemed to be well kept. It is a lovely hotel. Very nice location. We would stay again.

Hotel is fine and near airport but after 10(?) pm there is no airport shuttle. So an extra $25 for Uber.

Hotel is very new and very clean. We had a great stay.

Customer service has changed for Hilton. Not the standards in which it was founded. Such a shame.

Good area, nice hotel!

Large room, comfy bed and useful shuttle to the airport. The staff were lovely and super professional! The room did not have shower gel though, and the very poor water pressure made it difficult to wash my hair properly.

Overall experience is good, I like the new property and very professional staff. However, the floor is too thin and I could hear the guest on the next floor making noises in the middle of the night, and also I could hear loudly every time their toilet flushes.

Was very quiet and clean. Comfortable chair and desk for working and wi fi worked great! Very close to airport.

Only issue was an entry door that didn't work with the key card. Other than that a perfect score.

Even on the approach path to dfw this room was quiet. I think I heard one plane the entire stay and I'm a bit of an airplane enthusiast so I'd have to say whoever insulated this place did a great job.

Great hotel close to Grapevine Mills Mall, the lake, and other attractions. Tons of dining options nearby and the staff at the hotel were very helpful in providing assistance when needed.

The room was nice an comfortable with lots of lighting and easy access to major roads. Really liked the hydration station with soft ice and water by the elevators. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room stayed nice and cool which was nice.

1) The man who checked us in was extremely rude. As per the website, their shuttle service can pick you up from hotel by request, and when I requested a 5am pickup, he said they wouldn’t do that. Then he told me “no big deal, just take an Uber.” When I told him I had two big car seats and Uber wouldn’t work, he threw his hands up in the air. 2) Our room wasn’t ready at 9pm. Then they tried giving me a one king size bed for 4 people. I told them that a king wouldn’t work, and their reply was that they would have to check for availability. I’ve had this reservation for weeks! 3) Lights and outlets didn’t work in our room. 4) Guy 1 at the front desk gave me complete different information on how to check for hotel airport parking than the 2nd guy that came to help. Will never stay here again.

We had a great stay! Just wish the pool had more shade.

The hotel itself was great. They had a breakfast area and bar. It’s in a quiet area with lots to do near by.
