The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good, especially the breakfast. We stayed in a room with a four poster bed, it was very roomy but Sadly the mattress was too hard for us.

What a lovely little find for a pit stop with the family. Literally 2 minutes off the M5. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Food was fab (their coleslaw is amazing). Play area in beer garden is very safe and secure, kept the kids occupied. Room was clean and quiet. Thank you 😃

Booked this for my Son & Wife & Granchild for their anniversary.
I booked a family room, the Breakfast was amazing and the pub and facilities were excellent with lovely child friendly gardens.
The area was peaceful and relaxing. 😊

A nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice village country pub. The Great Western Canal just a short walk from the rear car park. Nice pub gardens.

Absolutely fabulous overnight stop as we always have at The Globe. Great place, remembered us from our previous trips and made to feel very welcome. Lovely food and attentive and lovely staff. See you next time 😊
