There was an open bar of used soap on the sink when I checked into room. The first night the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel for a good 20 mins. Took forever to back to sleep and everyday was outside their room confused. Security guard mocked my make America great again hat. Everytime you enter your room have to enter a 7 digit code, no room cars. Cameras on every balcony kind of strange.

It was fine. The design of the shower that can be seen from the bedroom is very strange. I was traveling with a friend and we did NOT feel comfortable showing in full view of the other person.

I was here for a week visiting my daughter in hospital. The staff were so friendly and helpful - went above and beyond to help and support me - honestly lovely Wendy and Breanna made a traumatic stay easier for me

Stayed at Lum Hotel because it is adjacent to the Intuit Dome where we were attending a concert. Lobby and room were clean. Valet service and receptionists were friendly. The parking fees are not clearly communicated. At checkin they tell you parking is $55 but on your receipt at checkout there’s an additional 10% parking occupancy tax! Airplane noise to be expected since it’s close to LAX but…the fire alarm went off at 12:30 am! The previous guest set an alarm for 6:11 am and then the alarm clock next to us went off shortly thereafter. Called the front desk after a few minutes since the room seemed to be unoccupied because no one turned off the alarm clock. I asked about a discount because of the fire alarm going off and they waived the other fees they normally. If attending an event at the intuit dome, sofi stadium, or forum would consider staying here again.

On arrival, we signed in and were given the access codes to our rooms, both rooms were not clean, beds not made etc. We had to wait for 90 minutes for 2 clean rooms to be readied, and then we were given smaller rooms. But after driving for 9 hours, we settled. The floor in one of the rooms is coming up, and could be dangerous if your not wearing foot coverings. There were silver fish in the bathtub. There was a lot of noise and shouting from other guests late into the night into early hours, there seem to be no concern for other guests. The website does not mention that larger vehicles will be charged extra for valet service and will be stored off-site. The valet service person, Kevin, went out of his way to help us, he is a great asset to the hotel. Also Kelly at the front desk was very accommodating under the circumstances, she handled the issues well.

Check in was quick, the hotel and rooms were very nice. For me the bed was fine, but if I were over 5'10", the bed would have been small/short. I used the blow dryer and the power went out in the bathroom, so we had to reset the circuit. The location was super convenient for both the Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. On site restaurant was good. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my wife stay here everytime we attend a rams game. Would recommend to anyone who is attending an event at SoFi. 7 min walk to and from stadium and they have an amazing restaurant / bar on first and 2nd floor. Also a rooftop bar!

The only complaint was the TV was about the size of a computer monitor and the ironing board was about 2 inches off the ground but there was nowhere to set it. Shower and bathroom were super nice, but in the living area it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs.

My boyfriend and I were in Inglewood one night for a concert at the YouTube theater. Everyone at the Lüm Hotel very accommodating, friendly, personable, our room was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.

We stayed here after going to the Rams football game. Not a great area of town to stay in. The staff was amazing. The hotel felt like it was recently remodeled, but the materials seemed very cheap. The floors, TV, lights, ect all felt very cheap. The shower was nice.

If you show up in a car, be prepared, you must pay the $55 valet fee, which we were unaware of. I like to know what I’m paying for upfront and this was not it. Also, it was very noisy. Our room was just over the parking lot, the valet service and the people above us were noisy till all hours.
