Perfect location and great service. Only complaint is the noise.. We would wake up to loud people coming home at 2am and then what I can assume to be the staff working at 8am. Yet we were in the corner of the top floor, where I would assume the most isolation/quiet. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This was walking distance from train station. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room, great bed and wonderful comforter. Restaurant downstairs - all was great - I'd definitely recommend to others.

Clean basic apartment and we stayed on the back side not facing the river, so it was quiet. Management is not very friendly. Would be nice if they had better pillows and a sheet on the bed (not just a doona).

We booked the room because of its proximity to the train station and the river. The location is absolutely great. There is a decent restaurant in the building and about 20 others within 100 meters. We had a view of the river which was nice. The room was clean and had what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the wifi worked fine. Having said that, other things have a bit to be desired. There is no air-conditioning, The TV only has Netflix's and it didn't work. In their defense we were too busy to ask them to fix it. The entry, hall and elevator leave a lot to be desired and they smelled. Overall for the location the price was good.

Really central to everything. Short walk to station and 15 mins to airport. We arrived early but our room was made ready within 20mins and the restaurant manager gave us drinks whilst we waited. Appartment very clean with a view of the Rhine. Lively area. We loved our stay and will be back to Kõln and will def stay at The apartments.

Staff were amazing. We arrived 4 hours late at midnight. I was so stressed, the restaurant staff sat me down, and offered a drink. Great location, lovely room

Short stay of only one night but can highly recommend. Room was well equipped, in a great location and very reasonably priced. Made me want to come back ! Can fully recommend.

Excellent hotel clean and friendly staff. Great location just opposite the river and less then 10 minutes walk to HDF train station. Also brilliant location only a few minutes walk to the Christmas markets and the nightlife and shops. Also bar and restaurant below. Definitely will stay again if I visit Cologne again

The location was just perfect just a street away from the Christmas markets. Also boasting a great view of the Rhine and steps away from the cathedral. Spacious room with a kitchenette, coffee machine and amazing selection of channels on the tv. There is also a restaurant downstairs with breakfast, drinks and dinner food.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location to the major sights in the city, plus there are lots of restaurants nearby (Slavic is a really nice restaurant). We stayed on the top floor facing the river. It was nice and quiet on the top floor, and you didn’t hear much noise from outside. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
