Breakfast the second morning was a let down; We were shown to a table and then waited 15 minutes before having to call for wait staff attention. We had in fact been forgotten! So then we placed our order and were given a glass of water. We waited another 20 minutes before breakfast arrived only to find it was an incorrect order. We did at least get tea and coffee. Another 10 minutes before the correct order was served. Shame about the service, the food was reasonably good.

There was no issue at all with the property. It was clean, very convenient and the facilities in the room were great.
The issue was some of the staff.
We stayed for 7 days because we were visiting our family who live locally. We weren't told of any VIP benefits on arrival and appeared to be given a standard room on the second floor. No big deal.
A few days later we receive a complimentary bottle of wine and an excuse that Expedia hadn't provided them with our details. Again we couldn't care less.
On the 6th night we were almost asleep when we had guests enter our room. They were so apologetic and so surprised that the room was already occupied. One of them went back to reception and was mortified and highly embarrassed.
Then on our return from visiting our family the next day we were locked out of our room because of the previous nights incident, also our room was reset over night as we were woken up by the TV resetting in the early hours of the morning.

25 minutes from airport. Great neighbourhood with lots of local dining options. Hotel is clean and quiet with all the amenities one expects in a full service hotel.

Love this hotel. It’s comfy, staff are friendly and professional and I love the West Australian art decorating the lobby.The restaurant is also good.

Didn't like the view out the window, we had a building on the left of us and the main part the the Vibe Hotel on the right, both blocking the view straight ahead (this was the last room available) Didn't matter to much as we were out a lot.
Reception were lovely but not able to help much when we wanted information about Hop on Hop off Buses
