Horrible. We stay here everytime we come to Tulsa. It was Ramada previously. Our AC was broke, pool and hot tub out of order, and the room smelled horrible.

The hotel is an old Ramada Inn that has sold out.i reserved because of the pool and spa and they were not open. Was why i picked this place for my trip in the first place.

The Sky Tree is a decent property for the money. It is located near several other hotels and is only about a fifteen minute drive to the Tulsa Expo Center.

It was a friendly and easy check in. The room was great. The breakfast left alot to be desired.

It was inexpensive, so my expectations were limited. However my toilet leaks and when on and off through the night. No hot water and the faucet screen ws so clogged the water barely came out. I think the place is a work in progress and the pool was under constructions and supplies sitting outside.

Place is very clean and absolutely great and very friendly staff. No bugs no issues at all. Highly recommend

Long wait to check in. The room was clean and large. The pool was closed for renovation. The bathroom had been renovated except for the tub. For the price, I'd probably stay there again. Some noise at night but that can happen at any property.

Room reserved and paid for 5 days before stay date. When arrived, no rooms available.

One of the whole reasons we came to this hotel was because it had hot tub and pool and was bringing my 8 year son down to see his first concert and go swimming but when we walk in, we see the pool and hot tub are empty and being remodeled without any warning. Talk about heart breaking for my son. The hotel is super old and definitely needs the remodel its getting. But beds were comfy. And it was for quick 1 night stay and price was decent.

The hotel staff was amazing. The rooms smelled a little bit funny but thats really all i can complain about.

The website did not say the pool was closed for renovations, that's why i picked it for my kids to swim. Very, very disappointing. Other then that we enjoyed out stay. Sketchy looking part of town also.

The place was very deceitful with how the place was they are doing unsafe renovations. The pool area is just a big concrete hole with the doors being unlocked. My mom and brother seen a small mouse run across the floor . We didn’t have our toilet the first night it over flowed and we had to wait until 11 almost 12 for the maintenance man to come and fix it. The actual room was masked with a cheap plug in in the room, when we attempted to unplug the over baring smell it would just spill all over your hands! the room and the fragrance both smelled horrible. WE WILL NEVER VISIT AND I RECOMMEND NOT. John was very unprofessional and unpleasant when we came to him regarding the issues saying we should have came earlier to mention the discrepancies but we were going to a funeral around the same time the maintenance man finished the job and had to attend to getting ready.

I was refused my stay and couldn't get my money back because I rode a mountain bike

Check in was good. Employees are great. But you get what you pay for. Toilet didn't flush, sheets were very worn but clean. Bed good

Greeted with warm welcome. Was helped with concerns and questions in a professional way. Met the owner, he was easy to work with and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Had micro and refrig. AC worked well. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again .

Made reservation online. When I arrived to check in, elevators were out and only room was on third floor. I’m mobility impaired and was Mable to stay there. So had to begin my search over at 9pm. Have been unable to reach Expedia to try and get my refund. Hotel couldn’t do it.

Very clean place... very good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.
