Feel like home best property in munsoorie

Location, staff. Food was just OK

My kid was asking for some cartoon channels, which are not available. Neither I can recharge STB by myself nor any solution was provided by staff.

No facility for early check in. No shuttle service for city

first day, their exhaust did not stop due to which my old parents did not sleep well and when the booking was confirmed, then also they gave two room very far from each other which was annoying very much. so did not like this time and floor manager Sanjeev, Ms Rachna and Ms Anshika did not at all cooperated in any manner

Location and the lounge experience

There was nothing but the location. Faulty hair dryer. Made several calls but they failed to resolve the issue. Poor services. Not worth the tariff

breakfast was excellent ambiance was good

its awesome place … if you have a kids with you they will love it…

just get more channels in the TV “Voot” is missing …cant watch big boss 😀
