Location, it was a clean and spacious room with such a beautiful view. The staff were friendly yet professional. Even the food wasnt bad at all.

The TV in my room didn't work I had to call multiple times for it. There were no toiletries provided which was weird. Most of all, no mats or slippers were provided in the room.

Property location is very nice as location is just entering after the mall road entry. View from the hotel is so nice which is like full fill of nature hills. Staff is good food is good

Parking wasn’t available at property so I had to parked at Paid parking which cost Rs 1200 for two days

Was there anything to like??? The experience was not good as the balcony was shared...there were no toiletries provided and after asking also they gave 1 small local soap. They have mentioned Buffet restaurant but leave buffet restaurant was not operational as the hotel said there are few guests living so we cannot open restaurant...

Only location is good. It is near by library Chauk.

Cleaning and facilities are worst. Bathroom tap and Bucket were broked.
