* Bad Location ( property is not same which is mentioned in Booking.com {Its 3km approx rather than 900m}) *Bad food(Worst tea I ever had in a hotel) *Bad room size *Uncomfortable * Leakage in washing * Tv not working

The property manager Deep has been quite helpful and amicable and was ready to serve the customers in the best possible way. Because of his support our experience was great in every sense.

Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare for two days

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. At the price of rupees 30,000 for two nights. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t any restaurant. bathrooms were out of water 7 times in 2 days. Intercom wasn’t working so we had to go downstairs from third floor for getting things fixed. Location is too far from market. so no restaurant and nothing to eat. In case of rains, swiggy didn’t work. so it was the neighbouring hotel who was the help. staff of neighbouring hotel was more polite and helpful.

The breakfast was good. Mr.Deep was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Spacious Rooms. Good room service.

Phone/Intercom is away from bed. One has to go to other room to attend intercom. Naini lake is not visible from the hotel. Commuting to & fro hotel and main places of tourists attraction is quite expensive. Though breakfasts served at the room were good(Lunch/Dinner facility not available at the hotel) the menu is limited and repetitive.

The breakfast was good. The manager helped us in ordering lunch and dinner, as they don't provide food except for breakfast. The room was spacious and washrooms were clean.

We could literally hear all the noise in adjoining rooms which was not at all comfortable. also need to install ACs as it can get hot during the daytime.

Property was good. The staff was very co-operative. Well managed property. Very helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Property is too small. No reception or waiting area. Otherwise it is good.
