we liked animators, they are very friendly and offer interesting activities. Very beautiful territory. indoor pool is good and warm.

It was totally worth it paying a bit extra for the see-view room, we enjoyed crazy sunsets every day. Food was very delicious with a really good choice, all cocktails you can think of are at your disposal :) Spacious territory that one can find a quiet place when needed. Nice live music at a bar (although, I would prefer if it wasn't russian songs)

The fact that all the stiff automatically spoke Russian to us. Cotton disks were in the very beginning in the bathroom, but when they were finished, we never got a new pack (even after asking for it at the reception). One swimming pool close to the restaurant has a 16+ sign, but people would still bring their children and no one would make them leave. That was a bit sad, cause people who don't have kids want to enjoy that time in silence.

The hotel territory is huge and very beautiful. The good is very good with a big variety. Entertainment was excellent

The room wasn't very clean when checking in and daily cleaning seemed not very good. Also the cleaning stuff would always forget something: putting towels, toilet paper, etc

Nice hotel. Beautiful, green, well maintained territory. Friendly staff. Various tasty food. We liked sweets and grilled meats and veggies. We had something to enjoy every day. Nice swimming pools, our 2 year old loved the elephant pool. We even skipped the sea most of days. Pools were more than enough for us. We enjoyed the views though.

Bungalows are dated. Still cozy and have ok facilities, but a renovation would be great. It’s a huge hotel and it gets crowded in the main restaurant at every meal. We adjusted by coming as early as possible and taking seats in the areas with good air conditioning. So it was not a big issue.

Every thing is dirty not even close what is advertised I don’t recommend to anyone to go there.

The food was excellent, many choices, the staff very helpful and nice, anything you need you will find, with great variety, wherever you are, at anytime. We were really impressed. It was beyond expectations

There’s nothing we didn’t like, we had an amazing holiday. We will come back God willing, and we’ll recommend it to our friends.

Hotel is beautiful, pools and rooms are great. But even if we paid all amount of money, they didnt see that when we arrive the hotel. Sowe had a big problem on check-in and the staff was very rude at the beginning. This is our second holiday in this property but this one was a bit of a disappointment. But i have to say that animation team and restaurant, bar team were awesome.

Cleanliness was poor, especially bathrooms and toilets. Check in/out staffs have a communication problem and they cant solve the problems quickly.
