The property front desk closed at 11:00 PM till 6 or 7 am (not sure). We got room on 3 floor, has accessible problem. Especially one morning has a pickup at 5:30 am, we have to walk around the property to get to stair to go down 3 stories.

Arina at check-in was just lovely, our room was spectacular and the proximity to Banff town centre was amazing. Overall super comfortable and very affordable stay in a beautiful area.

It was not worth paying that much amount for nothing. Break fast was also not included location of the room were poor. Lack of essential items . Overall bad experience

The hotel had air conditioning.

3 star hotel priced like 5+star. Typical for Banff hotels. Ridiculous!! Located near the end of Banff Ave, about the furthest from center city. Facility old and worn out.

Room was spacious. Beds were really comfortable. There was a deck overlooking the main street, which was lovely to soak up the afternoon sun.

The stairs to the bedroom, and no bathroom upstairs. Somebody comes in our room, when we never wanted our room clean. Took the house coat never replaced it. One level would be better.

Well, didn't appreciate cleaning staff knocking at 9:30 a.m asking to clean room. When told "we're leaving today", cleaning staff came back again at 10:30 a.m, different person knocked announced she was cleaning staff and proceeded to walk into room. Thank goodness I had the double lock on. We were under the impression check out is at 11. Other than that, stay was pleasant.
