The hotel had a very cosy "old-world" vibe - truth to be told, a little outdated in its wallpaper and carpeting, but overall it felt comfortable and homey. The room was huge, beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was so large that it had two sinks! It's located a little further away from the town centre of Banff, so expect to walk 8-10 mins past several other inns and hotels before reaching the centre. That said, there are a couple of bus services right outside the hotel that you can utilise - just be prepared to wait.

My only nitpick is that the toiletries were small and very insufficient for two people; I had to supplement with my own travel toiletries.

It was clean

The room was way too hot and the temperature couldn’t be lowered. Multiple items were missing in the room when we arrived. We had to ask multiple times to get what was missing. The pool left residue on the bathing suits.

Expensive parking in the hotel and a charge every day if you have a hire car in the town and park , the hotel is in the park no choice to park elsewhere

the main entrance was nicely done

the rooms were dated , (the bath rooms were fine ) and beds uncomfortably . not very clean

Our room was spacious, the housekeeping was impeccable and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant twice, the food was nice and fairly priced. The hot tub and pool were a plus which we enjoyed a lot, and we loved the gas fireplace! Overall our stay was perfect!

The lodge is somewhat far from the downtown area, of course it is walkable, the center is 15 minutes walking.

ダウンタウンの中では少し中心部から離れるが、それでも歩いて15分弱でお店がたくさんある通りに行けるのでよかった。夏でも寒かったが、暖炉のある部屋だったので快適に過ごせた。

4人で宿泊予定と伝えていたはず？だが、タオルなどの備品が部屋に3個ずつしかなく泊まる度にフロントへタオルをもらいに行く必要があった。お風呂から水が漏れる。

Location was excellent, bus stop out front and walkable to downtown. Room was in an excellent location. Wish we had a balcony.

No bottled water in the rooms.
