The location is excellent. We were able to park our car and walk wherever we went. For a continental breakfast, it provided a good selection and the food was fresh.

I would have liked to have access to a microwave, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Noise from the street is to be expected and wasn't as bad as anicipated but the noise from other guests in the hallway seems as though they were inside our room. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel as they obviously realize this is a complaint

Best location in Banff - walking distance to shops, buses, restaurants. And yet, once you're inside, it feels quiet and peaceful. Its entrance is on a street which was partially closed to vehicle traffic. Very pleasant staff. Nice rustic style decor. Clean, comfortable, rooms. Nice breakfast room downstairs. They also have underground parking (we didn't need it). We accidentally left a bag in the lobby on departure; the staff called us, and then very kindly arranged to ship it home for us (for a charge). I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the location, very accessible to Banff town, very easy to go to places. Breakfast was simple but nice. Room is very clean with lots of towels.

It could be better if there is an air condition especially on summer months or not so cold months. Also, a small refrigerator would be helpful to store food. A microwave would also be nice to heat up food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean and maintained. Very cute little cottage like vibes inside. Perfect location to all the Banff stores on the strip.

Within walking distance to many good restaurants. Lovely rooms with solid pine furniture. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. You can leave your car parked underground and walk everywhere. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast included in the price of the room.

slept next to a busy alleyway with trucks loading/unloading in the early morning. Also it was very dry inside. humidity could be higher.

Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was above expectations.

Light from the hallway comes through the edges of the door. And the bathroom lights are too intense and can’t be dimmed or anything.

Simplely breakfast, but meet the needs. There are eggs, meat pancake ,various deserts, juice ,coffee and milk. two kinds of fruit, apple and orange.

The location can't be beat for the nightly rate.

I wish the temperature in the room was actually adjustable. We were very hot both nights even though was turned off the thermostat. I had to pay for parking which just seemed like a money grab.
