Nice hotel

Small bathroom

Location is great, you can buy tickets for Banff tourism spots right on the hotel, you also has the GoodEarth coffee shop which you can reach walking inside without having to go outside(it was cold). There is a bus stop right on the other side of the street for both directions. Comfortable shower and bed, good room size.

The first-floor bathroom was not clean, I believe it's because there is an open restaurant there, but I would say it's important to keep it clean since it's part of the hotel as well. The room bathroom was really clean so no issues there. Parking was great, underground and heated, and pretty cheap!

location. lobby. super friendly staff

lobby was obviously renovated and beautifully updated. rooms were outdated and ill fitted. beds and pillow uncomfortable. they have renovated some rooms but in the first tower i dont think so. although i understand their cleaning/housekeeping system and why they do it, it looks terrible when walking through hallways you see everyones dirty towels outside their rooms and garbage. either they need someone following right behind housekeeping to pick that up, or they need a new plan. that was quite a terrible sight. completely lowered the standards of the hotel.

Central location with paid underground parking ($5 per night); very conveniently located so you can walk around town and come back to the hotel walking; transit stop nearby to visit nearby tourist locations if you do not want to drive around and be bothered with finding parking; onsite restaurant with a good menu; medium sized room, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
