-Confused parking (I don't know why I was not allowed park in the hotel parking lot and had to park nearby) -Just a hanger with no doors for clothes (no properly wardrobe) -No microwave -I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned during my stay -There is no breakfast buffet, just a small kiosk (although it is called "bistro") with coffee and a few options to eat. I received a CAD$ 30 voucher for breakfast per day, but an avocado toast was CAD$ 12. It was impossible for two people to have a decent breakfast there with CAD$ 30 only.

Excellent location

The lift was very slow. We had to wait for 10 minutes to take down our cases for checkout. We asked help with luggage, were waiting for 15 minutes, no one came. The sheets and towels were battered and felt not really clean.

Close to everything in a walking distance. Great location. Great they have underground parking.

The closet in the bathroom can keep the clothes humid.

hallways are crazy echoey. normal volume talking and you could hear it at the end of the hall
