Staff was helpful, location is good

Wifi was down, vending machines broken, no breakfast on site, limited food options, room was shabby and unclean. Food was stuck to the front of the microwave, the microwave turntable did not fit the microwave and spilled food. The coffee machine was full of grime and crumbs in the water intake. Remote control was broken.

Quiet.

Room smelled bad. Hot tub area very dark and not very clean. No breakfast.

There was dirty towels in the closet. There was handprints all over the mirror in the room area.  the air was set to 64 when we got there, it was freezing in the room.

The location is pretty convenient.

The first room I was given didn't have clean bedding.(Long hairs on pillow). Sheets smelled musty...The "River view" wasn't really what I had hoped it would be. Most of my view was of the roof above the pool and bar. Lots of blue tarps to...attempting to fix leaks? The staff was kind enough to switch me to a second room without any trouble. It was a little bit larger, but desperately needs to be updated. The ceiling was very discolored. Peeling paint around the room & bathroom. Again, the maid service didn't do a very good job cleaning this room either. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower still; GROSS! Also, the toilet wouldn't flush for me so I used the one in the fitness area. The thermostat on the wall was broken. The elevators SCREECHED going up and down. I took the stairs after that. In conclusion, the rooms felt like a rundown motel 6, but at double the nightly rate. I'd recommend looking for a different hotel to stay at.

Stains on bed, hallway was dirty and the halls smelled like weed. Faucet in bathroom was hard to turn on.

The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness and the state of the furniture. The carpet in the hall was in desperate need of a vacuum. One of my towels were stained. There were dried flecks of brown on the door and headboard. The paint on the walls and the coating on the tub were peeling in a few places. The ceiling in the shower had brown stains. The furniture was really scratched up. The smaller flush button on the toilet didn’t work.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all helpful and polite. Older hotel but maintained well. When I had issues with my personal cell phone the front desk staff even helped me figure that problem out. I felt safe & comfortable.

Location is the only thing that we liked.

Musty smell in the room, very run down, nothing is sanitized. Dusty boards, sticky spots on the desk surface.

I didn’t like it at all! it was very dirty and pretty sketchy!
