Room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Wish had more time to use the pool but was in walking distance to the arena and would stay again and no fee to park!

Bathroom was incredibly small for the room to where the foor almost touched the toilet. Wish it was a little bigger for a deeper bathtub but not a deal breaker. They also charge $10 per person for breakfast if interested.

Burger theory restaurant food was not what we expected. Chicken tenders were tough. Burgers were kind of dry.

Close to the venue AND it didn’t even matter because they had a shuttle !!! Kyle drove us to the venue and as we were waiting for it to go back, we met Angie and Judy who work at the hotel and were heading that way so we walked with them !! 10/10 beautiful walk and great tour guides !

Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The shuttle to the arena was convenient. The staff was accommodating after the show ended at midnight and people trickled in until after 1am. I love the late checkout because we stayed out late. And breakfast was cooked to order. Your staff was fun too! They highfived after getting the concert crowd all checked in. Which is usually something that the hotels struggle with, a lobby full of goats all bottlenecked and in a hurry! Especially when they still had to get ready for Halloween or BILLYWEEN!

One bartender was pretty slow, the other was pretty cranky. But it didn't impact the stay.
