Location is good but bathroom is in need of renovation. Bathtub was sprayed painted and now paint was peeling and patched with paint that don’t match. Remind me of some cheap budget motel. Depressing!

Bathroom is tired! No housekeeping until after fourth day! Should have been disclosed! Poor value for money. Breakfast was not that great! Typical rubber scramble egg, Luke warm sausage

The structure is partially updated, but is 80%... 80's style, but I liked it. My room was tidy, all furniture were in excellent condition, also the bathroom. The choice is almost complete for both types of breakfast - sweet or not. Hot coffee is available also deca. The waiters could be offer other hot beverages, but I didn't ask. No plain yogurt was available. The space to have a table is enough, there's also a little garden outside with some tables. All staff personnel was kind and smile-ready.

Only some very secondary thing. My room was at ground level, with windows on the parking area, that is used also by garbage trucks with relevant noises. The lack of power sockets available close to night stands or other furniture, you can recharge your mobile in bathroom only.

I liked the Separate living room area, and enjoy the breakfast it saved us on going out to eat in the morning before our soccer tournament.

Maybe another trash can there were only two little ones and with a family can fill up quick.

Location is great & rooms are nice given their age. The hotel could use an entire facelift inside.

Our toilet plugged & shower drain was slow. We asked the front desk to unplug the toilet as we were leaving in the morning & when we got back the toilet was unplugged but leaking on the floor, also maintenance made a mess & didn't clean up. I contacted the front desk & it took over an hour for someone to show up. It took maintenance another hour or so to fix/replace part of the toilet (it was also nearing midnight). I contacted the front desk to see if there were any other rooms available & they were not too concerned about the situation.

I enjoy Homewood Suites in general. The rooms are usually spacious and comfortable.

I wanted a one bedroom suite...however, I was told none were available during my stay of 4 nights. The studio was ok...but we needed more space for our luggage.

booked a king bed suite - got a king bed handicap suite. Shower not designed for non-handicap. Plus, room was not ready when we arrived.

Had tiny ants in the room - kitchen and bathroom. Logged out using the Hilton Application, never received an invoice, even though the app said it would be emailed to me.

The room was great. Living room area, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. I loved it.

No soap for dishes. Minor problem.

This hotel was awesome. Very clean room and the staff was great Lots of food for breakfast. And check out is 12:00 which gives you more time to sleep I highly recommend staying here Bryant

room was next to an air conditioning unit or something and was so loud . room was also very small and cramped for a suite - pretty dated .

BAD MANAGEMENT: Room was not done at all when we arrived at 10:30pm, it was a horrible mess. Please note, we reserved it 3 months in advance. No other room was available. Friday night but only 1 staff, front desk employee, Irving, brought in clean sheets, pillow covers, blankets, towels, toiletries & some snacks (At least big praise for Irving who was left alone in that situation & did the best he could). We wiped the surfaces & made the beds ourselves to get thru the night because we had to attend a conference early at 7am the next morning. The next day we approached the manager, Marcus Offord, to report the incident. He did not even say one word of apology and asked back why we had not asked for another room. Of course we did but no room was available. Not until we showed him the photo & the video we took about the status of the room at the time we checked in that he promised 1 night refund but demanding Bookings.com to contact him. I also contacted Bookings.com immediately that night & repeatedly 3 times after that. Bookings.com promised to refund if the property has not responded within 5 days but no one has actually followed up on the case. The last time Bookings.com contacted the property, a female staff found no record of our stay even though Bookings.com has all the records of our stay & we have the checkout invoice to prove our stay. The dispute is still going on.
