The location was perfect; close to the beach, the mall, restaurants, etc. The staff that helped us when checking out was also quite helpful.

First, we got the wrong room when we first got there. We got a room with one bed when I had asked for one room with two full beds. Then, the fridge had food from the previous guests I’m assuming, unless one of the maids left it there which I doubt. Finally, although I appreciate the cleaning of the room before our arrival, the smell of chlorine was quite strong.

Rooms were great. We were there for my granddaughters dance competition! All went very well.

The blanket with the roll away was terrible, rough, and very scratchy. Good thing we brought an extra throw blanket.

it was just ok

the beds were very hard/uncomfortable. our group had planned on enjoying the “heated pool” only to find it very cold, therefore our large group of kids were unable to swim. it took us a while to even find the pool, due to a “detour.” there was no signage as to how to go to the pool and nobody told us when we checked in.The breakfast buffet was fair. The food that should have been hot was barely warm.

The pool hours were inconvenient. 10am- 8pm

They charge for the wifi

Location was great, walking distance from dinner.

Bed wasn't super comfortable. The cable behind the TV got unplugged, had to figure out on my own why TV wasn't working.

Bed was not comfortable for the price. Could be updated, higher expectations for the almost $250/nite plus $36!!!! to park - that didn't have any E charging stations :-(
