Nice location, friendly staff and clean
Bed and pillows were not very comfy and the value overall was not there for what was paid, especially since there is no breakfast.

everything except cost of parking should be free and the ability to correct a fradulant charge made in the dinning area.it was taken care of however it was inconvient and time consuming to fix a problem that should be easyier to rectify.

The property is next door to the D.C. Metro. When I saw that the tracks were just across the street from our 5th floor window, I resigned to an early morning "wake-up." But it was near total quiet. Amazing!

Good jumping off spot to tour the monuments and museums.

breakfast was disappointing, hardly any choice, room was dark. they forget to inform the restaurant my breakfast was included and had to ask reception again for it. pricey stay for the money I paid, I expected more

The parking garage is hard to figure out, but once you find out that the hilton main elevator opens to parking garage, it is wonderful.
They had to take out microwaves out of room because of covid, they need to put them back in rooms. They did help me with using the one in the main lobby Staff were GREAT!

bed was slightly dirty (stains, fingernail found on bed)
Thought there would be a microwave in room but it was not. And no other way to heat up leftover food
Parking fee was ridiculously high.
