Breakfast was pretty average for continental, but sufficient. Indoor pool was nice. Rooms felt clean albeit somewhat dated. Hotel was very close (walkable) to lots of restaurants and shopping.

No hot water 1 of 2 rooms. Staff clearly didn't read requests about connecting rooms. Originally said no connecting rooms available but had already swiped keys for first room. Came back after checking room & requested change bcs one shared wall with elevator shaft. When I came back 6 minutes later to change rooms, said connecting rooms were now available; supervisor present. Honestly seemed that we weren't given connecting rooms originally out of laziness as he didn't want to back the room already scanned keys for out of the computer. I can't imagine those rooms weren't available a few minutes before.

Staff, as always, was very helpful and friendly. They aways go out of their way to help you.

Everything was great.

Very nice upscale rooms with comfortable beds, classy common areas, an indoor pool and hot tub and a fitness room. Breakfast had many choices with eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal, make your own waffle station , yogurt, fruit cocktail.

Alles! :-) Dit is een top hotel. Overal is aan gedacht. Tot en met een nachtlampje! Bedden en handdoeken waren hemels.

Easy check in & parking.

Garbage in room wasn't dumped prior to check in. Reserved & charged for 2 days, only stayed 1. Getting a refund for 2nd day had been a nightmare. Unhelpful staff. Had to speak to several people just to get an accurate receipt to turn in to work.

Staff was helpful and friendly

The hotel is noted as “pet friendly”. So I assumed there would be rooms or floors designated for pets. We do not have a pet & it was never asked if we wanted a pet friendly room. The first room we were given smelled like a dog and we had to request another room.
