This place was perfect. My daughter and I were just passing through on our road trip and I almost wanted to stay another night. Extremely clean. Extremely welcoming. I have zero complaints. If you value a clean environment to rest your head, even if just passing through during a road trip, this is the place to go.

Location was close to the event center

Never took trash from room or replaced towels and they didn’t have enough blankets to accommodate a big event going on near by .. and they put us in the wrong room

nothing. I called to confirm my reservation, gave them my confirmation number for booking. they claimed they didn’t have it so I had to book another hotel. I then got charged for this hotel anyways and can not get anyone to pick up a phone to refund me. 10/10 do not recommend booking period.

They didn’t clean the room or even come in for trash, etc, in the three days. Very expensive for an average hotel.

The bar had a limited menu for supper, but John was extremely accommodating in providing a yummy supper. The margherita pizza was very good.

The guy at check in was sloppily dressed and just did the motions. It was comical as to what the front desk people look like in your ads, and what he represented.
