Desk clerk was very friendly. Hostess at breakfast Julie was outstanding.

Pet friendly, and reasonable daily charges of $30/day/pet. Lobby was pretty. Late check outs at noon. Pool open late!

Unclean. Shower, floors, and table were clearly unscrubbed. Furniture falling apart. Couldn't open mini fridge as it was shoved in a cabinet too small to allow door to open.

Clean, comfortable room with plenty of breakfast options. They had free cookies all the time, which was a bonus!

The fire detector was going off when we got there. They assumed I was gonna climb up and replace the battery myself. The bathroom had a dirty towel covered in hairs hanging on the bathtub curtain. The room key just about never worked so I had to go to the front desk around 15 times in two nights. Housekeeping never stopped by our room during our stay so we had wet towels on our bathroom floor and had to reuse a towel for the next morning.

I liked the size of the room and the kids enjoyed the pool

Took forever to get in the room!! Had to move from one room to another because the keyless entry wouldn’t work—then had to have a worker open the door the next morning because our keys would not work again!

Just stayed the night, so I don't have much to say. Breakfast was good.

I come to West Virginia every 3 months and it's the third time I've stayed there it just wasn't the same as last time I don't know if the staff changed the man instrument changed couldn't get anybody at the front desk at night time couldn't get towels a lady tried to pay for one night of my stay they told her no because I've already paid for it which was a lie because my credit card didn't go through until I checked out on Friday this was on Tuesday or Wednesday which was fine but they took that lady's blessing from her. Told the lady at the front desk one morning that we didn't have any towels we went to Ohio for the day to the zoo we came back no still no towels the ladies that cleaned the room I tried to get towels Thursday morning still no towels it just wasn't the same experience as we had the last two times we were there

pool and hot tub water was cloudy and dirty looking. we found the previous guest shorts and underwear in our bed and instead of cleaning it they handed us sheets and told us to clean it up. there was soap and conditioner left on the shower walls from previous guest. no pool towels available.

breakfast area seemed clean and well maintained.

furniture is nasty! old and gross couches and chairs. ceiling fans and ceiling full of dust. Animals on 2nd floor may have fleas….had bites. kids running thru halls till like midnight.

It's what I would call a budget hotel, has a clean room, comfortable bed. Nothing special but also nothing bad to say about it.

They charged my card two times for a one night stay and that charge didn’t drop for almost two weeks and no one that worked there cared at all. The room was dirty and smelled bad.
