A funcionária da teceu o momento do check in foi extremamente desagradável e pouco empática.
Foi-nos dito que o cartão de crédito deveria ser da pessoa que marcou e nenhum dos meus cartões deu. Em vez de nos ter ajudado, a funcionária disse simplesmente que teríamos que mudar a reserva no booking para o nome do meu marido ou não poderíamos fazer o check in. Em Lisboa era meia noite e meia , mas felizmente o booking funcionou lindamente e após vários minutos ao telefone com a Joana do booking ( com os dólares a somar) conseguimos entrar no hotel.

The lobby was clean and smelled delightful. I enjoyed the safety measures of having to scan card key before going up to your floor.

I liked that there were little seating areas with separate TVs on the main floor to eat at with the kids so that we did not have to eat in our room.
Other than the one thing I mentioned that I did like, I did not like anything else. The pool was freezing cold and we ended up having to pay to go somewhere else to swim. The room was dirty and the shower was falling apart so we did not even shower while there. They charge my credit card as soon as I checked in when they were not supposed to until my stay was over.

Location of the hotel being right on the river which allowed us to see the water being dyed green for St Patty's day. Being close allowed for us to be able to run back to the room when it got cold or we wanted to just get inside.

Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Room size was nice. View was amazing. Great room service. Nice to be able to cast to the tv from phone.
No hot water!!! Fridge wasn’t cold enough. No microwave in room. Beds weren’t very comfy. No food delivery to room.

Everything was nice and clean and the view was amazing
I didn't get the room as it was described to me in my conformation was suppose to be a double spacious room with a sitting area and shower and separate tub.

I liked the location and fast check-in. The room was specious and the beds were comfortable, clean and tidy.
I did not like the bathroom towels. They are small and limited in number. They don't smell nicely as you expect from clean towels. There is not enough toiletry for couples and are not replenished daily.

The location is excellent, very central/loop, and amazing views across the river. Our upgraded room was lovely and clean (albeit very very noisy, as low level facing road). Some of the staff at reception were lovely and very helpful - Deja and Dominic in particular. Gyn was lovely overlooking the river.
All rooms with city available were close to a noisy lift. We were re-roomed to an upgraded room with river view but unfortunately the cars/car radios were even more noisy. The member of staff checking us in was not very helpful. A large deposit is taken off credit card and there was some confusion around the final payment/refund. Also we booked with breakfast included, not something the hotel seems used to.

We stayed at the hotel 14-16 of July, we payed the deposit , the staff said they will return money after check out, but 1 month we are still waiting our money back
