Breakfast was Excellent, Room was great, got a good night sleep. Not a lot of noise. Pub was good and convenient.

Didn’t have the breakfast

Had arrived early for check in and the front desk attendant ( a young man) was very unapproachable in regards to checkin times and we had a young toddler with us. He said to come back at 4 pm. We had to walk around with a young child for over an hour in a stroller. It had started to rain at this point. He didn’t offer any other resolution for us and quite frankly was very rude. The young lady that came on shift at 3:30 was very kind and helpful. She checked us in right away.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Our room was the the only one with the jacuzzi tub inside the room itself, anywhere near the price i paid. So that value was outstanding

Not sure if its the actual hotels fault, but the restaurant inside the hotel was just absolute nonsense. The calamari was chewy, and i received fried pickles (i hate pickles so much lol) instead of the chicken fingers i ordered. So those 2 items plus the 1/2 order of Cesar salad (which was good thankfully) was $65 which stung a little. To be fair, they did let ua take the food to the room, and we were in there 20 minutes before closing so i was unable to return the food to give them a chance to make it right, but in the same breeath it should be right the first time. Other than that minor hiccup everything was wonderful.

The breakfast was good but because of the holiday Monday it was closed half an hour early by 9:00 am

Staff front desk guy was very pleasant to deal with. The food in the pub was good, and the bartender was great fun for my daughter and myself.

We had 2 kleenex in a box and open toilet paper when it was out there was no more. When we asked was told room was locked and nothing could be done. . This was a problem I we used wipes from my truck after you eat a treat or something. We decided to leave early and cut out one night. This is normal thing why isn't there any way to deal. Sub contracted is not an excuse.

The breakfast was the star attraction. Great choice and tasty hot food. Friendly and helpful breakfast staff member. Five stars for breakfast!
