Breakfast was good/decent. Location was great. Pool area design was much nicer than expected (design, lighting, surrounding landscape)

Fresh fruit would be a great addition to breakfast. The tub bottom could be cleaner. The A/C unit was Very noisy. More lounge chairs around the pool. Lose some of the flower pots (even though they’re pretty).

location. the bed was very comfortable. electronic plug ins for chargers were available on both sides of the bed. lounging chair was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Decor is “tired”. Windows were dirty. Elevator buttons don’t light up. In room heating/ air conditioner was noisy and not efficient. Bathroom needs updates.. comfort height toilets would be desired. Shower head was ready to fall off the wall, and settings could not be adjusted. Faucet coming out of wall going into the tub was so loose, much care had to be taken when pulling up the overhead shower control so as not to pull it completely loose from the wall.

The staff was extremely friendly! Breakfast was great and very fresh! Good location to everything! The outside grounds were very nice, clean, & beautiful.

My room was not cleaned to my expectations. There were wrappers in the floor in the kitchen, toilet paper on the floor by the trash can in bathroom, and a used towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The shower did not drain well - the drain plug was pulled up but I still had to stand in water to shower.

Not used to the service upon request approach yet.
