Good location, nice decor, one friendly member of staff

Majority of staff less than helpful, requests made months in advance ignored, denied early check in, not very welcoming at all. Expensive for a small boutique hotel, lift is very slow and loud elevator club music blasting by the pool most of the day

La chambre est exécrable ne vaut pas le prix. Très bruyant à cause des installations à proximité, la chambre est vielle et ne dispose pas de ventilation au norme; pas de circulation d’air, et donc la chambre est très humide même avec la Clim allumée constamment. Les lits sont de eu confortable, le matelas est en mousse. Les draps sont sales. Bref la chambre est une catastrophe si vous êtes habitués aux hôtels 4****.

The location for the hotel is perfect.

Pool is not heated. There’s no way you can enjoy warm water when outside weather around 70. Bathtub was designed to have a hydro massage, but it was not working. Nightstand outlets were not working. Also, there was some issue with led strip, it was constantly blinking at night time. Felt like strobe lights in the club. Hard time falling asleep. And most importantly the elevator had some issues all the time. Was afraid to get stuck.

Very good location, easy check in /out process , good staff...all the nessesary facilities in place

The first room was without open window but after lot of discussion we have been given one with normal window eventhough smaller

Wir hatten das grosse Glück, eines der wenigen Zimmer mit Meerblick zu haben. Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig, die Aussicht auf den Strand und den Atlantik wunderschön! Perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge oder Ausflüge innerhalb von Miami Beach.

Es gab nur einen Koffertrolley für das ganze Hotel

Petit hôtel à Miami Beach mais amplement suffisant. Bien mieux que les grands hôtel où personne ne s’occupe de vous. les chambres ont été rénové. Piscine donnant accès direct à la plage donc super pratique. Et le parking à seulement 19$ la nuit contrairement aux autres hôtels qui facturent à 50$ la nuit

Suciedad , cucarachas en la habitación , falta de toallas para las 3 personas , pésima atención de recepcionista en turno noche, pésima atención recepcionista turno mañana , mal educado , proponiendo pelear , nunca tuvo voluntad de extender comprobante se pagos realizados , la información de booking no coincidió con lo obtenido . Los recepcionistas en ambos turnos negaron que el hotel cobra el alojamiento y que eso corresponde a booking. Culparon en todo a booking. Por suerte realicé un día de reserva de los 9 que estuvimos .

I love that it is on Collins Ave. The guy at the front desk (Angelo) was awesome! I will be staying here again when I return to Miami Beach.

I wish the bar and restaurant at the pool stayed open much later.

The swimming pool is OK even if the music is often too loud. The location is OK close to the beach.

The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is under the standards we would expect in Miami Beach.

The location was great…staff friendly…easy beach access…hotel provided us with towels and chairs for the beach which was REALLY nice!!! Swimming pool area was very comfortable and towels were also provided! Great Hotel!!!

We loved that they had their own loungers and umbrellas for the beach, really easy access to beach and places to eat. Lovely pool area. Really appreciated them using refillable toiletries in the room

Would have appreciated water bottle refilling station and ice access (we had to ask reception to do this for us often). We also got texted a ‘happy hour offer’ (reduced beers and spirits) but the bar said this was a thing and had a separate cocktails happy hour going on

-perfect location right next to the beach and close to restaurants/shops -coffee machine in the room -Beach beds and towels in the price of the room

- loud air condition -the smell of dampness in the hotel (fortunately not in the room)

The hotel has an incredible location, it's seafront in Miami Beach, it has a reasonable room with good beds, the main elevator needs to be upgraded and the Wifi isn't work so well as they say.

If you want to ruin your vacation, then here you are! This is not a hotel, this is a motel. Motel for quick dates. Just ruined a one-day stay in Miami. I’m not a fan of writing a review, but I want to warn you, I don’t know where he has such a rating and recommendations from Genius. See my photos, and you will understand everything.

We loved the location, pool, and liked that the hotel provides towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Not a lot of guests in the hotel which made it super nice for our family. I feel that it was a reasonable price for the stay . While it is not a luxurious hotel, you do have everything that you need to have a great time in a comfortable space. Clean room, very attentive staff, a nice pool, access to the beach, and nearby , walking distance, you will find restaurants, a grocery store, Starbucks, Pizza places, pharmacy and other venues.

The room was small and does not have drawers, a dresser or counter space in the bathroom, which means that our clothes had to be kept in our luggage. The beds were ok but a bit uncomfortable. We didn't like the restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast does not have many options. Most of what they offer is carbs such as bread, bagels, muffins and cereal, which by the way, they do not have big spoons, so if you do have cereal, you have to eat with it with a teaspoon. They do not provide any options for people with food allergies or special dietary needs. The scrambled eggs were watery and raw. The food manager was very polite and nice to us, but the server and host was extremely rude. My suggestion for guests is, skip the restaurant and instead, go have breakfast to a nice place nearby, or if you are trying to save money, go to Publix and buy your own food.
