Not sure what I was expecting paying $610/night here but this wasn't it. Arrived tired and ready to get to my room. Only one lady at the check in who's just chatting away on the phone. I wait, walk around, come back and finally check in. I'm directed to the nearest elevators, which have a sign that they're out of service. Property is quite large, so I have to wander around for a while to find the other elevators. Finally get to my room that has a lovely view of... roof top air conditioning lol. The pillow has stains on it. I'm annoyed by this point but finally try to get some rest, and I'm woken up 4 times throughout the night by some drunk guest yelling in the hallway as there's little to no sound insulation. Probably the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The property itself is large and is more like a mall combined with a casino. I normally don't mind people who smoke but the amount of smoke here was on an obnoxious level. Tried to kill some time playing roulette but there are no human dealers at this location and I couldn't get an explanation from staff on how to use the electronic one. Anyway, overall a meh experience, didn't enjoy and can't recommend.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and the staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were perfect. Aeyesha (think that's how you spell her name) was amazing. We had her as our waitress night one, and went above and beyond to make our experience excellent.

Dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe was by far the worst experience. Food sat under the heat lamps so long, our entire table's food was either cold or slightly warm. Waitress took my cold burger back and was not charged, but didn't get to eat dinner with the rest of my party. The manager was pretty rude about the experience, and offered no compensation or even an apology for the situation. I would never go back to that restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
