the location is amazing

it’s a really old building, old school type but some stuff should be improve like the AC that you can’t regulate for your room

The property was extremely hard to deal with and they still have not giving me back my deposit

Poor safety features: shower is an accident waiting to happen—no support holds, hard entry and exit, bad glass design. Toilet height impossibly low. When using seated, knees higher than hips and no hand hold to help rising. False fire alarms one entire morning with no automatic summons of fire department. No individual control for AC and temp kept very low.

toilet didn’t flush and shower didn’t work plus bugs was in the shower

I like that we were right across the street from the beach and I had a nice view from my window

the elevator door was so heavy and the elevator inspection was expired. while opening the heavy spring door and struggling to get our luggage in the elevator the door slammed on my nails and broke them off. also there was a open bag of garbage with a plunger outside of our room door when we arrived 4 nights later it was still there. NO MICROWAVE so you can’t take back left overs and fridge is actually a freezer. if you plan on sitting or laying on the couches request blankets before touching they were stained every where.

Images of room were deceiving so was a shock when we arrived.

There was no Breakfast there

There wasn’t no pool the room was small and the bed was small didn’t look nothing like the flyer on booking . Com no beach view at all all we had was bricks to look at the parking was 50 a day

view was phenomenal, location was perfect and room was very spacious

there is no way to regulate the temperature in the room so we froze all weekend. only thin sheets on the bed and air blows right on the beds. beds were hard and water in shower does not get hot.

This was a really cute hotel in a great location!

There was very loud music from the restaurant below us until 1 am. But what do you expect, it's South Beach! It was all good though, we eventually got to sleep.
