Hallway is bright and modern. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Dirty pool.

We love staying here while seeing concerts at the Mountain Winery! It’s such a great hotel- very comfortable and bright and cheery! The decor is colorful with lots of yellow accents! The pool is really nice with trees and landscaping and comfortable chairs. Breakfast is such a bonus too!

Great location and very helpful staff.

The hallways were dirty and the breakfast was bagels and English muffins. In the past, it was a full breakfast, including eggs, waffles, and sausage.

Cute setting, nice and clean bedrooms, good sized heated pool and jacuzzi

We weren’t aware that the front desk was being remodeled. It was pretty awkward to enter the premises with all our luggage through the side entrance and to have to walk all the way back afterwards. The regular breakfast area was not available. Instant we had breakfast in the check in area, with two couches with low coffee tables and about 4-6 sofa chairs with little end tables. Super uncomfortable and we could not sit together with a party of four. Not the standard that we expect from a 3 star hotel. Paper plates only, plastic utensils and lots of small sized plastic packed jam/butter/peanut butter items. Not very sustainable or environmentally friendly.

The room was clean and had enough size. The equipment was a little bit old. The parking lot was also wide. One of the staff at the reception could speak Japanese well.
