the furniture was filthy, the carpets and walls looked like something from 1983 that had never been upgraded, and the whole place looked like nobody EVER installs or gets new items.

the place was a great location close to work. although since the first day my son and I stayed at this hotel the toilet wasn’t working properly. and they wouldn’t moved us to another room.

I didn’t like that fact that we called the front desk to fix the toilet more then. once .

There was hair EVERYWHERE. All over the bed and bathroom. There was hair on the top sheet, and bed sheet, and pillows, and comforter!! There was still pee on the toilet seat. Did housekeeping even do anything?

location and price

a/c didn't work . Door was broken. Bed had stains. TV didn't work . phone didn't work to be able to call front desk.

it would have been convenient if they would have answered the door or phone.

customer service. i waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front door and let me in. the doorbell and phone calls could have work the dead but not the staff

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Walked by the housekeepers and caught them actually changing the linens. That made me very happy. Good to know they are cleaning properly.
