The room was advertised as a queen bed when it was actually a full size bed. Our toilet got clogged after it’s very 1st use. The office was closed but had a phone to call inside, no one answered. Returned later in the day to be told that we ourselves have to use a plunger they provided at the office & unclog it ourselves. We only had one night stand next to the bed when the wall lamps show there’s supposed to be 2. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. Very uncomfortable trip.

the drains are disgusting, the cleaning staff doesn’t clean them and they’re full of peoples hair and build up of hair products. I couldn’t even take a shower because the tub was filling up past over my ankles and old used product was coming up the drain along with hair. the staff tried moving us to two different rooms with the same problem if not the drains were worse. and apparently they don’t have managers on weekends so I couldn’t even speak to one or be accommodated. I’ve stayed at multiple locations of this hotel chain and this was the worst by far. the photo shared is what was all over the drain, you could imagine what the inside looked like.

Seemed to be definitely on the budget side of a hotel/motel. the room had a stale odor to it. I could hear the neighbors TV from about 3:30am until dawn.

Nothing.

The room was dirty as we arrive, there were hair everywhere, the floors were very dirty like they haven't mopped in months, there was a funky smell like chemicals in the kitchen cabinets that made us nauseous sometimes. There were some guest having fights at night, and some unruly guests using the parking lot as mechanical shop everyday and night making it hard to rest. There was also some guest storing broked cars and parked at multiple parking spots. Definetly it's not what you expect for such high prices. Better to stay in other place.

The beds are really comfortable and the room has everything we needed.

Molding pulling off vertical corner of wall, ink blotch (dime size) on seen edge of sheet, not enough outlets near bedside.

I got charged twice and I have yet to get my money back I tried explaining to the front desk but that was no help. I will never rent with them again
