Our room was so cozy and comfortable..even had a beautiful homemade quilt on the bed! The couple that runs it are very friendly and know the area well. Her breakfasts are home cooked and amazing…and lots. We stayed 3 nights and were more than impressed!

Comfy,close to a beach. We were able to have fire on beach. Breakfast was good, small room and no tv in room. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast, great location, lovely hostess

Milt & Jean were welcoming and had a warm piece of pie ready for our 9pm arrival. Breakfast has a 2h window but most seem to want to eat early and start the day and meet the other guests. The homemade breakfast was great, she accommodates preferences. Many places on the island will charge for a jam sampling session, but if you stay here, its included in breakfast! Jean makes all of her own jams. They upgraded the place so the 4 upstairs rooms have 2 bathrooms between them, so that only two rooms have to share. There is a lovely garden with flowers and edibles. Milt does some tours so its easy to tag along or they're able to offer suggestions on what to do on your own. I find this is the best location in Gros Morne since it is right smack in the middle of the park. Rocky Harbour, the main town around the park, is ten mins away. There is a beach a few meters away but probably best just to sit out there and read to admire the view - it is quite rocky. They welcome dogs so you best be a dog lover.

If you are fearful of dogs, this may not be the best option for you.

Everything! The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing! Our hosts were great! Missed seeing the dog who lives there.Great location. Went for a walk along the beach. Went to see the show,"Anchors away" nearby. That was also great! Excellent time out! Met so many great people from all over the world.

Lovely place, felt like staying in Grandma's house, right near the water, hosts made us feel so at home, homemade breakfast was amazing.
