Nothing it was horrible

Horrible experience will not recommend or stay here ever, what is advertised on there website is not true no pool available for over 6 years they give you 2 pillows per room very uncomfortable to sleep. And there breakfast sucked I got stomach sick from it . This place should be shut down or remodeled they did not have pots for the kitchen. The ice machine in the freezer too forever to give ice when u try to ask a question the staff was not very friendly or helpful . They charged me for parking also which is crazy .

ROOM poorly clean area was bad.

We had to look at 3 different rooms there was stains all over one of the bed skirts(could just imagine what the mattress looked like), non smoking room with cigarette burns on tables,counters and tub! The pull-out sofa in one was MOLDY! The one we had to keep because no refunds!!! Had dirty dark sticky carpet and holes throughout! We didn't even check this pullout! I slept in the rental car for three nights! They didn't have towels or washclothes and was told twice to come back in a hour! I main part of breakfast is the make your own waffles or pancakes and the machine was not working!

The breakfast was very good. Fresh and clean facilities.

The location.

The 250$ deposit. What was the purpose of the deposit when my room had patched up holes. Burn spots from cigarettes or what not on the dining table. Food from last visitors left in the refrigerator. Grapes on the floor from last tenants. Our bedroom lamp kept flickering on and off. Not a good return place for me.

The space was the only thing great about the property. It was a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The staff changed the sheets and that’s it. The appliances were out dated and rusted. The king bathroom toilet was broke and the Queen bathroom shower didn’t work, which I informed the receptionist. He said he would have maintenance over there the next morning, they never showed up. The purpose of renting a space that size was to keep the privacy we had at home, but we had to use the kids toilet and they had to use our shower. I saw rodents, one was actually in my bed. Luckily it was my last night. It was a big blood stain on the floor. The need to really upgrade the rooms with paint and appliances for the price they charged, plus a $250 deposit. I know people live in these apartments as well so they need to do thorough expections of these places other than just letting them rent them. You could smell the marijuana all around the building, for it to be no smoking. I didn’t take photos, but the hotel needs work.

Kitchen was NOT stocked AT ALL. ONE spoon, NO knives, 2 forks, only ONE pan and it was badly scratched and could not be used. Also, NO soap in the bathroom. The coffee pot was missing the pot so we had to hold the button underneath the basket to let the coffee drip into mugs. Bathroom had hair, carpets had not been vacuumed, no hair dryer...I could go on and on. Very noisy property also, guest up all hours of the night running around yelling. On top of it all they charged me for two SERVICE animals which is against the law.
