Pleasant to walk around. My check in clerk was very friendly. Conference set up was nice.

There was not enough self parking if you come in late. Bed was wore out. Requested towels and never received any.

The room was very clean and neat. The staff was very polite with great customer service

On the website it did not state you have to pay for parking or wifi which that was a bomber ☹️

the information given the day of was not the same when it was time for check out. i was charged twice for parking and dint get my money back till almost two months after.

Location was perfect! Everything you needed was very close! Suite was very roomy, and bed very comfortable!

Limited electric sockets. Limited towel hooks in the bathroom, an no shower caddy. No microwave in room.

The breakfast was actually the best experience. It was definitely better than other breakfasts I’ve had so far at a hotel. Staff were very helpful and considerate

In room dining was a headache and would not do it again. Missing components to dish that was ordered, extra items put on ticket that we did not order as well. If anyone is non confrontational, I would only imagine how difficult it would be for them to assert themselves and make it right. Don’t forget you have to pay $10 a day to use the WiFi, unless you’re a “reward” member. To me, that’s absurd. Their TV’s were also not working right. Only thing you could watch was live tv. We tried Netflix but it kept telling us no internet connection so we gave up on it. Also, didn’t have the robes as advertised, so I had to ask for it. And wasn’t given the ticket for the free breakfast that I paid extra for in the package deal. Had to request that too. Shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops just to stay at a hotel overnight.

Comfortable bed and good view. Cleanliness was good as well. T.V worked and also had coffee machine.

A/c was a bit warm, sweated a few times while sleeping.

It was in the perfect location. Just under 1 1/2 miles to great restaurants and the outdoor park. The onsite restaurant was good.

Toilets were just a little too low, lol.

Lo que no me gustó fue que la reserva que hice no la tomaron en cuenta cuando llegue me dieron otra habitación que no era lo que había reservado y la repuesta de la persona que nos atendió fue que eso era lo que había.

This property was AMAZING! It was above my standards and I really enjoyed the room. It was very clean and had a very nice view.

The only thing I did not like was that I noticed slight mold around the rim of the bathroom sink.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday we stayed there. I love the soaps and shower

Except for the bath room, the rest of the room looks like inn or motel. Blanket has too many fuzz balls, making it itchy The screw stuck out, so I couldn’t shut /close the bathroom door. The waitress charged us “20% service charge for large party”. Our party of 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) has been to restaurants numerous times, in none of those time were we “ a large party”.
