Fireplace outside was comfy. Microwave in the lobby was a good so no need to always eat outside. Hotel rooms in the main building were decent. Gym did its job. The hotel works quite alright for a work trip.

The loft room that I had booked was very dusty and Sonesta failed to clean it properly. Moving to the regular rooms helped, the room was nice up there. It was at first difficult to deal with the front desk to sort things out and they just blamed me for having booked through "a third party" a.k.a. booking.com as if that was a licence to be unhelpful. (That changed after I reported the cleanliness issue ) The property did not answer my questions via booking.com before my stay, but instead send automatic messages where they tried to market more expensive rooms. I would double check what the destination fee is all about, whether that is included in the room rate and whether breakfast is included or how much they will charge for you in order to avoid surprises upon arrival.

The location was near Nationwide Arena. The room was comfortable.

I loved my stay here it was absolutely amazing all the staff was so friendly. I didn't need room service, just clean towels, and when asked, they were brought right away to my room Will definitely stay at another sonesta.

I just wish that when I checked in, they would have explained the 10 room credit I got when booking and didn't understand it until a few nights later when asking agian so I only used 10 dollars of it. Wish there was a little more room outfront by the fire pit it seemed like the same people were there for hours they even had all the tables occupied as well

The food at the restaurant was a bit high priced considering what you got. Also the breakfast staff was very unorganized and even brought me the wrong food but I was on a time crunch and ate it anyways.

The night staff who walked with me to my room. I’m not sure why. He did absolutely nothing to help me with my bags. He opened the door and turned on the light and expected me to tip him. When I didn’t, he was even less helpful, by ignoring my question about where is a place to get food nearby at 1am which is when I arrived.

Staff was great. Room was very clean. Greater Columbus Convention Center was right across the street.

I liked that it was convenient to where I needed to go, the restaurant on site was open late and had good food, and that the view was nice.

The only thing was that the toilet was leaking.

The facility was nice and clean, staff were also friendly. The valet staff were also good. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed and understaffed when we arrived back from our concert though. Once we got our food to go it was also a little burnt and over cooked - we just had appetizers.

The breakfast not being included and costing $23 was a bit overkill! If it is not included, then I think the cost should be reduced - that is a lot for what was served! It was the standard breakfast that many hotels serve and is usually included with your stay.
