Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and entire hotel were clean.

I was not properly checked in. We almost paid more money due to this error. If you make a .mistake, no problem, it can be fixed if communicated to the customer properly. No, communication cause both parties to be frustrated, I am glad the morning clerk was able to correct the problem. This is the reason for the 6.

The bed was hard and have us sore and in pain. It need to be updated some, most Hampton inn I stay at be really nice and comfortable

The room was good sized for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The hotel overall was clean.

The toilet in our room (313) was clogged after just one use and the water overflowed onto the floor. We used all of the towels to soak up the water immediately and called the front desk. The clerk informed us that nobody from maintenance was available, and the only option she had to offer was to bring up a plunger. When she brought up the plunger, I asked for the wet towels to be picked up along with some clean towels to replace the ones we used. We unclogged the toilet and went out to grab some dinner. When we came back, the wet towels were still in our room and no fresh towels were brought. The toilet was still clogged and was not working properly. We had to use the lobby bathrooms instead of the one in our room. The next morning, I went to the desk and again asked for the wet towels to be removed so we could shower, and for clean towels to be brought up, again. She went and fetched me three towels at this time, explaining that this was all she had. No apologies were ever offered throughout this stay. We were never offered to move to a different room, and when checking out, the clerk again never apologized for the inconvenience of not having a working toilet. The wet towels were still in the bathroom when we left. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I liked the fact that your breakfast didn't just have pork sausage only for breakfast , I was able to get turkey sausage instead of only pork, that was a plus for me and my wife. I also left my cloths in the closet , and I called back to your hotel and I spoke with Amber and she said your hotel would mail my cloths back to my address with 50.00 I had left as a deposit. I really needed that!!! So as you can see I was pleased...:)

I enjoyed everything just as it was . I know there can always be room for improvement with anything, but because I left my cloths in the closet and your hotel is sending them to me, that out weights anything I saw that was out of order.
