Staff was rude. Hotel reaked of strange oder, and rooms were extremely outdated. Was not sure I should even sleep under the covers. Overall this hotel was not worth being in operation and is not very personable to guests. Booking shoukd reconsider having them on their client list.

Convenient location near the airport.

Run-down, dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke in the main lobby, hallways, and room. All of the towels were yellow-stained. Walls did not block out any noises from the room next door, the hallway, nor the parking lot.

Like the location close to the airport for Uber because I'm a driver.

How the manager came to my room on Saturday morning to tell me it's time for me to check out even though I paid till Sunday. Rudely waking me up on Saturday even though I didn't come to the hotel till 8am that morning from driving all night which made me late getting out to drive Saturday night because went back to bed and overslept since he woke me up saying have to check out. Definitely not staying there again sucks because was a great location for Uber drivers since so close to the airport.

No Shuttle to airport. No coffee maker in room. Not easy to find. Very shabby outside and in hall.

It was disgusting. Smelled. Carpets and curtains had white crap on them. Hanging light hung down in our faces and was filthy. Tub was filthy. Shower head was shorter than me and I'm 5'3. A metal piece was sticking out on both beds and scratched my leg. Bathroom plugin was burnt. Plugs in the bed area was so loose the phone charger kept falling out. Needs shut down. My opinion I deserve refund.
