Right side of room none of the electric outlets worked. Was not an ocean view. Blocked by fencing and trees. Downstairs bathroom wasn’t working. Clogged. They blocked it with a mirror.

I like everything except that the pool wasn’t clean

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean and my first night couldn’t sleep cause people from downstairs were having a party all night

The view

The staff was not as friendly as I would have liked, the entire hotel was not up to date, and it was dirty....some staff couldn't speak English

From desk are rude did not care about unhappiness from the guess the room was very dirty I had to ask from desk for supplies to clean the bathroom my self after that they finally send someone to clean

Everything and everyone working there is very poor service

Ice machine was not working on my floor

The ocean front view was amazing the night staff was so amazing to us half of the shift couldn't speak English but the night shift definitely made us feel welcome

The small bathroom omg it was sooo small and the beds were so hard...but clean...the day housekeepers never check on you ....and the parking only 1 car per room not fair expecially having a big family but we made it work

Was able to check in early to a clean room. Staff was very informative and pleasant.

location to the music festival

it’s an older hotel so needs a few upgrades but it was clean and staff were excellent.

Hotel is well past its prime. Chipped paint and trim, old fixtures, lack of plugs, non-working lights, ice machine, ring around toilet bowl (old, not dirt). Needs a redo.

bathroom needed to be cleaned. there was not a trashcan, shower was luke warm, floors were dirty and extremely slick.

Location right on the beach

The pool looked grimey and dirty. The outside pool looked like it hadn't been clean in years. The hallways had no air. It was so hot walking to the room. Would be better with free breakfast. To offset the building looking so old. Looks nice on the outside. Inside needs a little work. Vending machine works but really $3 for something to drink? Come on.

the indoor pool was packed with screaming kids running and jumping and diving, the echo from the screaming made it so we were unable to use the pool, people in rooms beside us were slamming balcony and room doors all hours, there was no vending machine that we could find except on the very bottom floor, there was also nothing to use to eat food with in the room

The location

The pool was closed. The toilet was broken, water was flowing on the floor so I had to cut off the water valve myself and Aline the bathroom floor with towels & bath clothes. When I called down to the receptionist there was no answer so I went down there was no one there. I called down the following morning and I was told someone would be there to check it out & I asked for more towels & bath clothes and I was told to put the others out first. I had to then turn around and explain again where the towels were and why before I was given clean towels. I had booked for two nights but I had to cancel the second night because this hotel needs some serious upgrades and maintenance.

Staff did not have the knowledge and were not very helpful.
