The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Online it was described as “free breakfast included” which was a little misleading. I was looking forward to eggs prepared hot and fresh rather than boiled. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet.

When I pointed out to the staff that I had booked a double bed room and they had put me in a single bed room they was quick to change their error and get me in the proper room.
The staff at night warned us when we returned from th econcert that we had gone to that night that the breakfast in the morning would questionable as to how much or what would be served as the manager was not sure IF the morning staff would be there to make the breakfast area ready and stocked. When we got up the next morning we found the LACK of anything of abundance available. There was two little league baseball teams and parents at that hotel and everyone was waiting on the one waffle maker..... everything else was cereal or pastries. Very disappointing. We walked across the street to McDonalds and BOUGHT our breakfast and walked back and ate in the room.

The room was big and clean...
No one told me I had to pay 150.00 deposit to stay and I didn't have it on me I got dropped off by an Uber trying to surprise my girlfriend but when I got there and they hit me with the deposit thing and I needed to go to the bank to get the money I had to call my girlfriend and ruin the surprise....

Spacious rooms. Late check out. We needed the room till 1pm. Cost alittle extra but well worth it.
Toilet in 1 room didnt work great. They offered another room but we wanted our Joining rooms so we made do.

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was incredible, the pool was heated and very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was amazing. It was a great location for all of the things we anted to do like the Columbus Zoo. My son it was his favorite hotel ever. We had a 2 room suite which was a long rectangle with the living area in the front, kitchen and bathroom in the middle and 2 queens beds in the back. My son loved the fact there was a blue ray player.
We had a loose tile on the kitchen floor that drove us nuts but that is an easy fix. I wish there were more dishes in the kitchen area like a colander and a frying pan.

The size of the room was nice. It was quiet. For the most part staff was very nice.
The room smelled awful like really bad, really the whole building smelled terrible. The coffee pot didn't work, the cords was missing to the DVD player, the pool was nice but it was smooth tile all around it. I've never seen so many people slip and fall. It scared me to death. I have 2 year old twins and they fell so much. I was so afraid they was going to really get hurt. I had to put towels by the steps where they was getting in and out so they wouldnt keep falling. It was terrible and very unsafe.

Location to the soccer facility and local restaurants is good , but there are better hotels close by.
Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Credit card charged more than what bill says. Car got broken into over night and cameras are worthless and point at ground or blocked by trees. Didn't offer any kind of discount or anything for the inconvenience and had to spend $300 to get a car window replaced on a holiday weekend. Random people coming in and out of hotel constantly.

It was close to our school we were playing at. Had food places near by.
The hotel was not cleaned very well. The room looked like it wasn’t swept. The pull out bed you definitely could tell they didn’t clean that we found food, toys and the remote in the bed.

We enjoyed the proximity to our points of interest. The property was minutes from downtown and the breweries and parks we wanted to see. It was also about 20 minutes from the zoo.
The room was filthy. The countertops, tub, and dishes/silverware were all dirty. There was crud on the doorways and light switches. Pretty ridiculous to have to run to a nearby Target and get cleaner and disinfectant wipes to clean your own room at nearly $150 a night. I inquired about a new room, also to get away from the lingering pot smell on the floor, but the hotel was apparently overbooked as it was. Additionally, there wasn’t a door on the bedroom. Most one bedroom suites have that separation. Makes a big difference when traveling with kids.

My reservation was kept. The area was good for restaurants, shopping etc. One thing is, I opted to pay at the property, however early in the day the charged my debit card prior to my arrival, and it specifically said that was to hold only and there would be no charges until check in. (I always us a travel credit card to avoid "holds" that are usually higher on a debit card). Today is MONDAY, I was told Friday that it was not a charge but rather a "hold". The full amount was removed this morning. Not very happy about that. Also, she stated that they "refunded" it since we left because of the state of the property. There is no sign of a refund.
It was filthy. the couch was broken down and stained, there was water in the tub, (not a little about 3 inches or more), the silverware in the drawer looked as if it had been eaten off of, licked and put back in the drawer. The headboard in the 2nd bedroom also looked as if it had been licked and had mouth prints on it. the smell of marijuana was trying to be covered up with air freshener, the floor had many rooms booked by the same "party" and they were loud. We were in town for a competition for an 11-year-old that had to speak 3 times the next morning, so we asked for a refund and left because she needed to rest.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned (leftover food from previous tenant in cupboards, trash can had paper towels in it, dishwasher was not emptied). Room only had one spoon, no hair dryer. Loud traffic outside, not well insulated. High price for a mediocre hotel. Booking online said it allows pets but did not inform of $45 pet charge. This was misleading.

The staff was very accommodating. Pool was very clean. Room had nice kitchen with full size fridge. Cleanliness was good.
Continental breakfast was carb fest. Only item other than carbs was an apple. Furniture was serviceable but not comfortable.

The location was great! Close to the Expressway and restaurants.
My 2 rooms were on different sides of the building and I had requested connecting. But the worst was the people next door. There was some yelling in the hall that didn't quiet down until almost midnight. The next morning they went in and out several times but didn't take their keys so continued knocking to gain entry.
