The whole experience was awful. When we got to the room it had a musty moldy smell. We didn’t say anything because it was just for one night and we got there late. The next morning starting before 10am we had 4 people from housekeeping knock on our door to see when we’re leaving. All this within 1h. Note checkout is not until 11. The staff was very rude. The first lady that came in at 10 literally barged in the room as soon as she knocked. She never announced herself or apologize. What if someone is naked? For the price people pay to stay there we deserve some respect. Nobody should bother the guest before checkout time! The breakfast “french toast” was old. The container the bagels were in smelled like mold. The bananas were brown. The whole place was disgustingly dirty and the staff very unprofessional. We will never return to this hampton inn or any other one ever again. Never felt more humiliated and rushed out in my life! Now to top it off there are 2 charges on my account when we only stayed one night! I expect that to get fixed and a manager to make this right!

Staff, food, cleanliness!

The bed was tilted a little at the head of bed.

Requested maid service/cleaning for day 4, but they never showed up. When contacting the front desk, they gave us extra towels, but never came to clean.

I left some valuables in my room and didn’t realize it till I was halfway to Savanna! The staff was very professional in securing my possessions and making sure they were there for me on my return!

Enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were very friendly.

The dog barking at 2am, the car alarm going off in the middle of the night & the constant yelling in the hallways after 9pm.

The double was a studio! Lovely sofa to rest at the end of a busy day!

the bed was nice but uncomfortable. felt like you were going to roll off of it. The breakfast was nice but sausage was not real pork sausage. coffee was great. The waffles were good.
