love everything about this property ocean view the pool the kitchen washer and dry was a must on our list the got it. friendly service bedrooms was gorgeous bathrooms shower was beautiful. thank you for making our stay such a memorable moment for my Ohana and I.

The Staff were friendly and professional, I felt so comfortable the Overall Layout of the place was excellent, Super close to the beach with a beautiful sunset

Kitchen

No air conditioner. Carpet and floors dusty. Too many ants!

It would have been better to have air conditioning. We had to open all the windows and turn on fans. It was still warm and we could hear all the outside noise.

The rooms needed updating specially the kitchen . Dishwasher was not closing well and the pool was small.

Pool was nice and the rooms have been recently renovated

No air conditioning which isn’t a big deal but it gets noisy at night with all the windows open (you can hear other people walking by your bedroom and watching tv). Location isn’t great for walking—if you are driving its not a big deal—but it is on the outskirts of Kihei with nothing within walking distance and there are no sidewalks on the road. Also, they decided to do landscaping outside our room on day 2 and they brought in a mini bulldozer to dig up the patio while we were staying there. We asked for a room change which they accommodated but it was still a bummer to spend a few hours away from the beach to deal with it. When we asked for compensation, they offered us $40 off our $3k booking which was a little disappointing. Overall, i got the vibe that they weren’t going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I think this great for families but if you are a couple or you can spring a little more for downtown Kihei do it!

The staff was very helpful. We forgot a stuffed animal and they arranged for us to get it for my daughter before we left from our vacation.

There is no air conditioning in the units but it did not bother us. We had a nice breeze that kept us cool.
