The bed was comfortable but that's about it.

Blood stains were on the bath towels, old blood stains were on the sheets. I was on the second floor and the stomping above me was ridiculous, I didn't get any sleep at all. The stomping from the room above my room made my stay here a living nightmare.

Bed bug. Tv didn’t work and I paid for suite, staff was horrible No managers around had to cancel my last day cause I seen bed bug. No one could help so I went to Hilton garden inn and Fairfield still CHARGED me I wasn’t sleeping there again knowing I saw bed bug. Pool was nasty dirty so cloudy you couldn’t see the steps. no bedding for the letoutcouch gave me bunch pillow cases no pillow though just one cover and one flat sheet had to ask for everything and was treated like I was bugging them. I paid for a suite for a reason. Not friendly at all my mom is older and I had to up root her to another hotel. Too much. They make the lobby nice but the rooms are horrible beds and all. Got to Hilton and was very comfortable. That 180 they charge me can’t compare to comfort I got at new hotel. Even staff was nicer and welcoming. I’m mad I didn’t leave the first issue with my TV not working and they kept lying on maintaince who never came to fix. Just wasted money and points.

breakfast was late, I was on a tight schedule so could not wait, almost 20 minutes after breakfast had to start, not even coffee or hotwater out.

The was hair on the towels that I used to dry off with. I contacted the hotel and haven't heard back.

It's was good ! We had asked to get clean the room. Also bring more flesh towel to the room. They came to the room on three day and cleaning it.

The hotel had a great number of people there and not enough food. They were cooking a little of time ; for example 4-5 pieces of bacon in the microwave at a time. It was terrible. We had to do a thorough cleaning in our room before we could even sit down. I was disappointed for my birthday weekend.

my room was never cleaned. the staff was rude. I asked for linen to be delivered to my room since my room was never cleaned and the girl at the front desk told me I had to come get it myself. when I explained that my 3 year old whom is on the spectrum seems to be afraid of the elevator she told me there is no one to come and bring them. once I was downstairs I asked for a manager and all she said was sorry. I will never stay at this hotel again.

some of the staff was rude and not friendly. also didn’t like the fact I booked 2 weeks in advance and then the property didn’t have the proper reservation.

the pool was freezing and it was supposed to heated, we only stayed a few hours while they said it would be handled but never did so we checked out and we’re told all money would be refunded in a week but it never was and when I call they give me the run around, I’ll never stay there again, staff needs training
