Trees were nice.

A/C at the foot of the bed sounded like a train passing by every time the compressor kicked on. NO SLEEP!!! which is what we ultimately pay for. Charged me 80 bucks to NOT SLEEP!!!

The breakfast was very good and the room was as advertised. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful

Guests monopolizing the laundry facilities and the gym could be upgraded.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was great.

Refrigerator did not work but was replaced. Door fell off replaced refrigerator. Repairs happed immediately.

I didn't like that when I tired to check in early at 2pm I could not, I had to wait till 3pm, which is understandable.. but when 3pm came and I tired to check in they still did not have my room available and was trying to offer me a queen room when I paid for a King room suite, so I had to get a King hearing assessable room or the queen room.. and then when checking in the front desk person didn't tell me what time breakfast was or nothing.. nothing about the wi-fi or nothing.. I had to asked them question later on.. the front desk lobby could be better looking too...
