the quiet space and nice people there

I found things that were supposed to be clean not clean

Location was great Staff was friendly and apologetic

We arrived on time and were given the key to our room Walked in and someone else's stuff was inside including their bank card and purse laying on the bed Went back to the front and was given another room Walked to the other side of the hotel to find out the room didn't exist yet due to construction after over an hour wait given a 3rd key to a room This made us late for appts the entire day The beds were comfortable but I cldnt relax due to thinking someone would be given access to our room while we were in it

breakfast was ample and hot

The internet connection was poor. kept getting disconnected.

The tub had black stuff in it and there was trash from previous stays. We found skittles and straws under the bed.

Very accommodating. The desk clerk told us we could use the dinning area when family members arrived who weren't staying at the hotel . They brought pizza and we were able to be comfortable

breakfast was good….

fitness room … was misrepresented.. AWFUL. small and only 3 pieces of equipment and wasn't in great shape . first room was on 1st floor..then the toilet wouldn't flush..moved to the second floor.. my office chair.. was busted the arm of chair was loose..

close to NCSU facility.

very poor wifi, bathroom wallpaper peeling, moldy ceiling in bathroom, damaged walls.
