LOVE the pass code! We arrived after 6pm- but no problem - we got right in. LOVE the heated pool and HOT tub. Love the kitchen and washer dryer. Love multi bedrooms. Love location

Offer a shuttle to/from Hayden airport. Our tub didn’t hold water. Very tight parking spaces.

very close to the gondola and base area, easy walk for families with little kids we loved the pool and the hot tub

this is a tiny thing-but would have liked access to quarters for laundry (many units have in unit laundry)

Door code provided upon arrival, great sugar cookies in the afternoon

The room had everything we would need in the kitchen. It felt super comfortable and homey I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The electrical outlets in the kitchen could have worked The refrigerator froze my food I couldnt use the toaster due to no electricity

The pool/hot tub was right below our balcony. The condo was great. Location was great. We'll be coming back for sure.

The small apartment/cabin like feel was nice and the bed was cozy.

Seemed to be no air conditioning and internet/cable was down for our room making it not worth the price paid. We arrived later so not sure they could even send someone out to fix it. There also seemed to be nobody to ask, it seemed to just call a number they had at the lobby area and they would send someone out. Around these mountains, you really need internet connection at least.

Internet didn’t work, cable didn’t work, toilet ran all the time, party going on outside until 11:30

The room was small !the bed was absolutely terrible folded out of the wall and was out dated rolled to the middle!did sleep for tree days but off and on! Was teal dissatisfied worst 900 for three days i spent in a while!!!!

Should have a pull-out couch. Our shower curtain broke and cut my husband’s foot. Needs updating, in general.

Centralized location, ceiling fan, & box fan & many utensils for kitchen needs, excellent hot water heater for 2 short showers ( or space out if a long one is needed)

Pictures were a little deceiving.... Outdated property & room, uncomfortable bed. Had to collect whites & linens ourselves for housekeeping to come pick up later while it then asked for a tip for the housekeeping? We did the hardest part so I dont believe a tip was needed especially since they did not come to the room from Sunday- Friday.
